　　基地规划：基地核心区规划总占地面积5160亩，将形成影视制作园、软件制作中心及培训中心的发展格局。

　　产业发展与优势：该基地重点发展文化创意产业，在2006年的首届中国北京国际文化创意产业博览会上被评定为"2006最具投资价值创意基地"。同时，具备完备的人才培养体系、企业发展的充足空间、完善的投资服务平台和享受北京市文化创意产业发展专项资金的支持。

　　Location: It is located in the extension part of southern Axis Road of Beijing, in Weishanzhuang Town, Daxing district.

　　Base Program: The core zone of this base is designed to cover 3,440,000 m2 in total, and will form a development pattern which consists of movie producing parks, software production centers and training centers.

　　Industrial development and advantages:

　　The base gives its priority to the development of cultural innovation industry. In 2006, It was assessed as "the most valuable creative base worth investing in 2006 " at the first session of Beijing International Cultural Innovation Industry Exposition.  Meanwhile, it enjoys the support of special funds for Beijing cultural innovation industry development, with a comprehensive system of personnel training, adequate space for enterprise development, and perfect investment service platform.

     国家新媒体产业基地于2005年12月31日经国家科技部正式批复成立，也已被列入北京市“十一五”规划，是北京市“十一五”期间重点发展的八大文化创意产业基地之一。与全市城市空间布局和产业布局相衔接，大兴“十一五”期间要构建“中部一体、东西两翼、产业集群、城镇组团、生态融合”的发展格局。该区域是首都中轴线奥运文化、历史文化、现代文化的传承与延伸，与首都功能核心区联成一个有机文化整体。

     国家新媒体产业基地核心区位于北京市南中轴延长线大兴中部魏善庄地区，独有的地缘优势，使大兴成为北京市向华北平原辐射的前沿和发展的腹地，成为京津冀城市群、滨海新区国家重大开发战略以及环渤海经济圈中汇集人流、物流、资金流、信息流等发展要素的重要节点。

     国家新媒体产业基地拥有产业基础，人才基础，文化基础，并将贯彻一区（核心区）、三园（星光影视园、北普陀影视园、大森林影视园）、三中心（软件制作中心、动漫创作及人才培训中心、艺术人才培训中心）的空间布局，本着“高起点规划、高质量建设、高水平运作、高标准服务”的建设原则，坚持“整体规划、分步实施、整合资源、协调发展”的总体思路，力争实现“两年打基础，五年见形象”的发展目标。
